At Demurely Divine, I often dance between all three — intuitively shifting into guide, mentor, and space-holder as needed.
I’m a certified life coach with deep experience in holding space for transformation, but I’m not a licensed therapist — and I always honor the importance of professional mental health care.
If specialized support is needed — especially for trauma, mental health diagnoses, or clinical healing work — I wholeheartedly encourage you to explore that path in parallel. Coaching is powerful, but it’s not a substitute for therapy.
When held together with intention, the two can be beautifully complementary.
